Returns Policy:
We hope you adore your Lula Sea piece, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns.
Change of Heart? We accept returns (excluding earrings, for hygiene reasons) within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and neatly packed in their original packaging. Returns that don’t meet these standards may not be accepted.
Faulty or Damaged on Arrival? Oh no! If your item arrived with a manufacturing fault or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send us an email at info@lulaseajewellery.co.nz with a description and a clear photo of the issue. For eligible items, we’re happy to offer a full refund or replacement.
The Fine Print on Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear isn’t covered under this policy. This includes surface scratches, tarnishing from contact with chemicals (like perfumes), and any lost stones or pearls over time. Only faults reported within the initial 7-day window post-delivery are considered for returns.
For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked postal service for your return. Lula Sea Jewellery isn’t responsible for items lost in transit.
